Acoustic wood panels

Hi I need to install acoustic wood panels into 2 separate wall. First one a bed room the wall is 2.64mH/3.86mW and the second wall is small bedroom used as an office 1.84H/2.66 m W including a window( I will attach photos if the site allow to). The panels I bought are 3mH/60cmW/18mm. I also bought the adhesive...so straight forward cutting no fiddling like the 2.4 panels, you only need the nail gun to secure the panels correctly...
