Clear rear garden, rotivate and lay turf

Looking to clear my approx 110m2 rear garden of roots, stone etc prior to rotivating the garden. Then compacting prior to spreading top soil and laying turf. I will hire the rotivator, buy and deliver the topsoil, buy and deliver the turf (Rolawn Medallion). I'll need a two person team to undertake the work which will involve shovelling and raking out garden and wheelbarrowing out waste into skip in front driveway. Then rotivating the garden and compacting prior to laying topsoil. Then wheelbarrowing in topsoil in bags from front driveway into rear garden and spreading evenly. the bringing turf into rear garden and laying turf.
