Project Brief: Concrete Pad (11m x 3m) Overview Seeking a groundwork contractor to prep and pour a reinforced concrete pad. I will order the concrete; contractor to supply all other materials and labor. Specs Size: 11m x 3m x 0.1m (33m2) Concrete: 3.3m3 C30 Ready-Mix (Client ordered) Mesh: A142 Steel Scope (Target 1 Day) Level 33m2 ground. Install 30m shuttering. Lay plastic DPM, mesh, and spacers. Manage pour and finish level. Contractor to Supply 6 sheets A142 Mesh 30m Timber Shuttering Spacers, DPM, Screws/Pegs All tools and labor Requirements Coordinate timing with the delivery. Must have experience in leveling and finishing.
