Concrete sanding & sealing + other jobs

We’re looking for an experienced handyman for a full day (or multiple days if needed) to help prepare and set up a property in Kensal Green. The work includes a mix of light construction, flooring prep and general setup tasks. Tasks include: • Installing a wall-mounted pull-up bar between two internal walls (secure fixing required) • Removing existing astroturf flooring • Preparing the underlying concrete floor (including sanding / smoothing) • Applying a suitable floor finish (e.g. sealant or coating – open to recommendation) • Installing a curtain rail and curtain • Assembling and setting up 3 beds
