Experienced electrician / electric heating engineer required to attend residential flats in **LN5**. Scope: * Investigate no hot water affecting Flat 2 and Flat 5 * Check electric boiler / hot water system * Investigate repeated boiler reset issue * Repair fault where possible * Make safe and test hot water on completion Issue ongoing since Saturday. Please confirm your first visit / call-out charge, estimated repair cost, and earliest availability before attendance. The call-out charge is a strict requirement.
