Experienced Concreter

Experienced Concreter Needed We are looking for an experienced concreter to finish an unfinished concrete base for a large water tank. The base needs to be strong, level, and suitable for supporting the tank. Some tools are available to use, but we do not have a concrete mixer, so the concrete will need to be mixed manually.
