Experienced Landscaper & Mentor

Job Type: Self-employed / Subcontractor Pay: Per job, agreed upfront. Day rates typically range from £150–£350 depending on scope. We’re looking for a London-based landscaper who’s willing to pass on their skills to the next generation. Too many people in this industry hoard their knowledge. We want someone who actually enjoys teaching. You’ll lead landscaping projects, work alongside the Rich Soil team, and get paid for every job. You bring your own tools and vehicle.
