Fit banister

Looking for someone to fit a banister, handrail, baserail and bespokes 2 posts just going straight up the stairs 1 step may need cut as don't want to cut into my new post council put a banister on for safety for now until I get my new one on I'm also needing a board or cladding or something to cover the stringer as it's split and a skirting board type pattern going up, around the stringer same way previous tenant had it as funny angle at top of stringer had someone even gave him a deposit but not replying so need someone else it's only a council house nothing fancy just trying to get it done up best I can before I go in a wheelchair due to disabilities and poor mobility
