Framework Electrical Contractor

Seeking expressions of interest from established electrical firms for a major long-term framework in Greenwich/Bexley. Covers public sector housing and municipal buildings. Scope of Work: EICR & Remedials: Large-scale testing and repairs (Communal & Dwellings). Emergency Works: Urgent repairs, rewires, and sub-mains. Specialist: Solar PV, MVHR servicing, and Lightning Protection maintenance. Requirements: NICEIC/NAPIT and MCS accreditation (for Solar) mandatory. Capacity for high-volume work and 24/7 emergency response. Experience with public sector/housing association contracts. Timeline: 5+5 year contract starting Sept 2026. Currently in market engagement phase.
