Fridge Freezer Mover

A person that can help me lift a fridge freezer down stairs, into my car, drive to North London then take it out the other side and into a ground floor flat to the kitchen. This job will take a couple of hours, not the whole day so I’m looking to find out what hourly rate you charge.
