Furniture Moving Labourer

Hello there, I am looking for a labourer to help me carry 6-7 furniture items (quite light ones) from my 5th floor apartment to the sidewalk for the Westminster City Council to collect it as residential waste. I require the help on Wednesday afternoon 4pm and onwards. Kindly let me know if you are available to help along with an estimated price quote.
