Garden Clearance and Waste Disposal

I need an area in my garden cleared of rubble & soil to prepare it for a lawn. A bit of the area has a thin patio that needs breaking up, 4 small wooden posts need digging up, there's also a concrete drain surround that needs jackhammering out. In total about 10 square meters by nearly a foot deep of rubble, soil, patio etc needs to be taken through our house (no access to garden other than through the house) and disposed of. We also have two cubic meters of decking in the front garden that needs disposing of too.
