Garden Maintenance and Update

Hi I am looking for someone to maintain my lawn please. I have a heavy preference for someone who is an experienced gardener who can help me bring a couple of ideas that I have for the garden to life. So far the one thing that I know that I am set on is having some sort of ivy's on the back fence. And I fancy a flower bed somewhere too. The garden maintenance I'm good to pay for now and the ivy on the back fence depending on the quotes may be a 2 or 3 weeks.
