Garden Wall Labourer

I need a labourer to help move building material for a garden wall. There's 150 concrete blocks and a bulk bag of sand on my driveway and I need it shifted to my back garden (up a hill) - access to the garden is through my garage so heavy lifting equipment isn't an option and it all needs to be carried by hand.
