Gardening and decorating

Hi I am looking for a hard working grafter to help me (as I will be working alongside you to save costs) to do gardening and painting and decorating jobs. Jobs are I want to replace existing gardening fence with new panels but with concrete posts I think 6 so quite a lot of digging required both sides of panels to be painted before installation I have overgrown weeds coming from the patios so those need to be removed treated with weed killer and slabs re grouted. inside I have minor painting and decorating jobs.but in both cases I am looking for someone who knows what they are doing gardening and decorating essential and has the tools I will pay for all material will pay per day/hour
