Handyman/decorater

Numerous small DIY/decorating tasks to get a flat in a good state prior to being sold. Consists of sealing/filling around a set of doors and painting. Replacing some water damaged skirting boards. Stripping and re-painting a porch entrance. Re-grouting bathroom floor tiles. The jobs are mainly cosmetic, likely to take around 2 days, but happy to show and discuss. Picture attached
