Job Description: Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team and oversee cleaning operations across industrial sites. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities Manage and support a team of cleaning staff Create schedules and assign tasks Ensure health & safety and quality standards are met Train and develop team members Monitor performance and maintain records Communicate with management and other departments Qualifications Experience in industrial cleaning Previous supervisory or leadership experience Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of health & safety standards CSCS, driving license
