Kitchen modification for a dishwasher

A cupboard in the kitchen needs to be modified to fit a dishwasher. The water pipes under the kitchen sink will need to be modified and/ or a connection pipe will need to be installed for the dishwasher. An electrical outlet will need to be installed for the dishwasher as well. This is a council property. We need someone who has public liability insurance and we would need to see details of this so that we can gain approval from the council, so if you're not willing to send those then please don't send your offers.
