Looking for Someone to Fit an EV Charger

Looking for a qualified electrician/EV charger installer to fit an EV charging point at my property. I’m switching my cooker/oven over to gas, so the existing electric cooker supply will no longer be needed. I’d like someone to assess whether this existing circuit/cable can safely and legally be reused for the EV charger, or advise on the best alternative. The proposed cable route should be fairly straightforward. It can potentially run from the existing cooker point through into the bathroom area. The bathroom has currently been completely ripped out, including the ceiling, so there is good access to run the cable across to the rear wall.
