Wood work • Install wooden curtain battens onto wall (without drilling) • Install handrail for stairs • Paint newly fitted door and slightly touch-up wall paint around door Doors & Windows • Install thumb turn locks to - Main entrance door, Rear door & Bathroom Fittings • Replace enclosed light fittings in Kitchen & Bathroom • Fit shower rail • Fit 6 window restrictors & Door stoppers • Put up 3 lampshades Garden • Remove and replace up 3-4 feather edge fence boards • Mow lawn Tidy up and Clean internal and external environment Disposal of rubbish from above activities.
