We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing property maintenance company.The role involves carrying out day-to-day repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works in residential properties, including social housing and managed properties.Applicants must have: Previous experience in property maintenance Good knowledge of general repairs and maintenance A valid CSCS card Asbestos Awareness certification Face Fit testing certification Their own tools A valid UK driving licence A professional and reliable attitude Good communication and customer service skills
