Paint 3 bedroom house in between tenants

Hello, we are looking to pain the 3 bedroom house on Friday-Sunday (7-9 Aug) next week... this is a rental property, the house is in general good shape, this is to make it clean for next tenant after a 5 year tenancy. I am happy to purchase the paint The house condition is excellent, the walls are white, and they are simply to be painted white. I expect the skirtings to have normal wear and tear of 5 years. I am looking to work with someone on a day rate, because I dont have access to the property untill the 6th August, and I appreciate that without evaluation of the exact condition and size no-one will feel comfortable quoting a fixed price. The house will be empty, unfurnished.
