Painter

• Painter needed to paint soffits / fascias while I have scaffolding up the front, back and side of the house • w/c 17th August • Property in Rotherhithe / Canada Water (SE16). • See areas highlighted in yellow in the pics (note that the square panels do NOT need painting as these are being replaced with the windows). • Protect all surfaces prior to decoration. • Fill and caulk where necessary. • Scrape and remove all loose and flaky areas. • Power sand all areas to be decorated. • Apply 1 coat of wood sealer to exposed timber. • Apply 1 undercoat to all soffits and facias (Colour to be matched). • Apply 2 satin coats to all soffits and facias (Colour to be matched).
