Plumber Contract Radstock

We are looking for a plumbing contractor for an office to residential conversion project in Radstock. The scheme consists of nine flats with a mix of first fix completion and full first and second fix works required. Flats 6 to 9 are first fixed, flat 5 needs first fix completing, flats 1 to 4 require full first fix and one flat will need restarting. All flats require second fix. The heating system will be a Strom Ai 11kw electric boiler with a 150 litre unvented cylinder and wet system radiators. Sanitary ware will be standard across all units. The role is supply and fit for a total value of 49000 with an as soon as possible start required.
