Refurbishment and roofing

Seeking experienced roofing and refurbishment contractors for a £700k Pavilion Gardens Phase 2 project in Buxton (Grade II listed building). Scope includes slate pitched roof replacement, flat roofing systems, weatherproofing, detailing, roof repairs, defective element removal, and refurbishment of toilet facilities. Works must protect sensitive internal environments including conservatory areas. Heritage/listed-building experience preferred. Project duration approx. 5 months starting July 2026. Ideal for established roofing, conservation, and specialist refurbishment contractors.
