Renovation Specialist

Renovation of two rooms (4m x 4m) currently back to brick/joists. ​Structural Floor Work: Infill joists and boards where two chimney breasts have been removed. Fix/replace some damaged floorboards. Screw down all existing floorboards to eliminate creaks. ​Ceiling: fix 12.5mm plasterboard (post-electrics). ​Partition Wall: Build a 4x2 timber stud frame. Reinforce with 18mm plywood patressing within the frame to support heavy, 20cm deep bookshelves. Wall to have arched niche. ​Fire Door: Construct opening with double jack studs and install an FD30 fire door set with all fire-rated hardware. Install skirts and architraves.
