Replacing loft insulation

I need someone to come in and go up in the loft to remove the old insulation and block any holes there are to stop mice from coming in. We have had a mice issue the past year and a half - we've caught about 8 mice that are all coming from the loft. We've laid traps in the loft which have mice stuck to them as well- we need the person coming in to get rid of them as wel. Theres live mice up there as well.
