Experienced electrician required at a residential property in EX17 to: * Trace and identify the unlabelled circuit causing repeated tripping * Determine the area or equipment it supplies * Diagnose and repair the fault * Label the circuit at the consumer unit * Test and make safe The circuit is isolated; all others remain operational. The separate fire alarm fault is excluded and is being handled by the fire alarm contractor.
