Roofing Repair Works

Refurbishment and upgrade works to an existing school facility with an estimated project value of approximately £2,000,000 (excluding VAT). The works include internal reconfiguration of multiple rooms, mechanical and electrical upgrades, plumbing and heating improvements, and replacement of finishes such as flooring, ceilings, and decorations. The project also covers installation and upgrading of windows and doors, fire safety systems, ventilation (HVAC), and accessibility improvements. External and infrastructure works may include drainage upgrades and minor structural alterations.
