Remove a stud wall, approximately 2.5m long x 3m height; Remove a ceiling, approximately 2.5m wide x 3m length; Take walls back to brick, 2 walls, each approximately 2.5m long x 3m height, and open a small bricked up fireplace in one of the walls. Place waste in Hippo bag in front garden. Start date flexible, in the next 2 weeks.
