Tender Contract for Cleaning Contractor

Seaford Town Council is inviting tenders for a cleaning contractor to provide a high-quality, reliable cleaning service across multiple public toilet facilities in Seaford, including South Hill Barn, Seaford Head Golf Course, The Martello, The Salts Recreation Ground, South Street, and Changing Places Toilets. This is a long-term contract opportunity, with an initial term of 3 years and the option to extend for up to a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance. Contractors must be experienced in commercial/public facility cleaning and able to manage multiple sites to a high standard.
