Topsoil & Bark Installer

Need a thin layer of topsoil put down under my hedge (which has been cleared of weeds) followed by a thicker layer of landscape bark. Have had the delivery of the topsoil and bark on a pallet today. Area is approx. 45 metres length x 0.75m width.
