£15/ hour paid weekly Assistance with HMO house renovation – moving furniture – removing carpets – taking walls off – 2 x walls demolish – soft strip boiler, kitchen, bathroom – stripping wallpaper If possible – channeling work for electrical cables – assisting with construction of new stud walls – hanging plasterboard Payment through CIS scheme preferred but not compulsory
