Wood restoration, Hampstead and Highgate

Proposed works: The repair and restoration of the ‘mock Tudor’ beams and woodwork on the front elevation of the house. Cutting out and replacing any severely rotted timber and treating any other areas as necessary. Fill and sand as required, then undercoat where necessary and paint with an exterior black gloss. There are some areas on the top of the horizontal timbers where the timber meets the stucco, where the pointing has fallen out or become dislodged. These areas will require repointing and painting with an exterior paint to match the existing stucco
