Fencing & Garden Install

I am looking for someone to: - Install 3 new sections of 4.6ft high closeboard fencing. - Install a 2-tier railway sleeper flower bed (this is to replace a current one made of decking which will need to be removed) - install a 2-tier railway sleeper bed that would retain the soil on our driveway If someone is local and would be willing to come and have a look and help me decide what materials are needed beforehand I can then get them all. Alternatively, happy for the person to source own materials. I can also get a skip for the waste.
