Labourer & Decorator needed

I am doing a refurbishment in Poplar in E14 and need a labourer to demolish a wall and two cupboards and take the debris out. I also have decorative work to be done too such as plastering, painting, laminate flooring, ceramic tiling installing drywall etc.
